Symposium, the first live Gourmet album is released in May 2025. The album consists of nine tracks recorded live at G Livelab Helsinki on June 10, 2017. The material comes from the successful En garde album (2018) but will provide surprises even for the hardcore Gourmet fans.

The album is available as a vinyl LP and digitally (only in Bandcamp).

The album is dedicated to the memory of former Gourmet members Petri Keskitalo and Janne Antikainen, who passed away in 2023.
